YY01 Flexible Control Cable with Color-Coded Cores
YY01 is an unscreened multicore flexible control cable for fixed installation and occasional movement in machinery and machine tools. It combines Class 6 tinned copper conductors, color-coded cores, a 300/300 V rating and a black RAL 9005 matte PVC sheath.
Available in 0.14 mm², 0.20 mm² and 0.30 mm² conductor sizes, with configurations from 2 to 50 cores.

Flexible Control Cable for Machinery and Machine Tools
YY01 is designed for control and connection functions in mechanical equipment where the cable remains fixed or moves occasionally during operation, installation or maintenance. Its fine-stranded conductor and layered core arrangement provide greater flexibility than conventional rigid wiring cables.
The cable uses individually color-coded cores to simplify circuit identification during assembly and maintenance. A black matte PVC sheath protects the internal cores and provides a consistent external surface for machine wiring.

Fine-stranded tinned copper conductors conform to DIN VDE 0295 Class 6 and IEC 60228 Class 6, supporting flexible routing and repeated occasional movement.

Confirm the Number of Circuits
Count the control and signal connections required by the equipment, then select the corresponding number of cores.
Confirm the Conductor Size
Select 0.14 mm², 0.20 mm² or 0.30 mm² according to the electrical requirement of the circuit. Final conductor selection should be confirmed by the equipment designer.
Check the Installation Space
Use the approximate overall diameter and minimum bending radius to confirm that the cable fits the available routing space.
Minimum Moving Bend Radius = Cable OD × 7.5
Minimum Fixed Bend Radius = Cable OD × 6
Example: A cable with an 8.0 mm overall diameter requires a minimum moving bend radius of 60 mm and a minimum fixed bend radius of 48 mm.
